Training - Learnzone

Continued professional development for all – this is an underpinning philosophy of the company to work together to achieve better patient outcomes. Supporting all involved in the prescription process, cascading knowledge to all services users. The Learnzone programme delivers free educational programmes in Postural management and Seating.

We believe in sharing our knowledge to ensure our customers receive the best value in purchasing our products and services. To support the Pressure Area Care portfolio, we have developed a three tier Learnzone.

Training programmes can be delivered to all allied healthcare professionals at a local location to suit.

Level 1 What is Good Seating?

Level 2 Introduction to Pressure Management

  • Identify types and positions of pressure ulcers;grades of pressure ulcers; risk factors in the development of pressure ulcers
  • Prevention methods including pressure care equipment provision to suit care setting

Full Line Stock Management and Reporting

We have implemented local service arrangements with customers across the UK to provide a 2 minute delivery service. Consignment inventory is held in local location and customers purchase only once the stock has been issued. There are no inventory carrying costs and no dead stock/stock write offs. Integrated operating systems enables a better understanding of changes in customer demand as well as electronic re-ordering, delivering real time savings in administration, time and budget spend.

Post purchase transparency reporting is also available with full track and traceability on service levels and benchmarking supplier performance.

Personalisation

Working in collaboration with our customers to shape their services we do have a range of personalisation options. These include marketing support such as own branding, retail merchandising, multi-lingual presentation or development of personalised care packages.

Supported clinical assessment

Client needs are becoming increasingly complex.

To help support clinical assessment for pressure and postural management, we deliver a free, local, supported pressure mapping service. Sharing knowledge and experience with measurable on-site evidence to support clinical prescription.
